Warranty
We proudly stand behind our
parts and will repair/replace any problem resulting from a production
or design flaw within 6 months of purchase. Parts covered under
warranty must be returned complete, with all parts and with original
receipt showing purchase at retail price. Modified or altered parts are
not covered under warranty. Brake products used without Brake Snake are
not covered under warranty. Shift Lever broached spline is not covered
by this warranty.
Shipping
Our shipping options are USPS priority mail, and first class. All domestic orders placed on HDmoto.com over $150 are free. All international rates vary, USPS calculates the rate based on the weight of what you are ordering.
Returns
All Returns must have a return authorization number. Returns are only
accepted within 6 months of purchase with original receipt. Refunds do
not include shipping or fees costs. Damaged products will not be
accepted. To obtain a return authorization number, call 650-365-3172. To avoid the postal office, you can now print a USPS shipping label from your Pay Pal account.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Hammerhead Designs product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hammerhead Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hammerhead Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hammerhead Designs shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Hammerhead Designs without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
